One-of-a-Kind Jewellery: What It Means (and Why It Matters)

One-of-a-Kind Jewellery: What It Means (and Why It Matters)

One of a kind jewellery means the piece is singular: it won’t be reproduced, and you’ll receive the exact item pictured. In Foundry Collection, each piece starts as a naturally unique bronze fragment formed during casting.

What “one of a kind” means at Foundry Collection

One-of-a-kind’ isn’t a marketing label here. It’s a fact of the material. Each piece begins as a bronze ‘spill’, an irregular form created by chance during industrial casting at Newcastle Foundries (est. 1890).

Because the starting form is unique, the finished piece is also unique.

Why you’ll never see the exact same piece twice

There’s no mould, no batch casting, and no exact replication. Suzanne refines each fragment by hand, shaping and finishing it for wearability while preserving the naturally formed character.
