Size Guide
Because Foundry Collection pieces are one-of-a-kind, we recommend confirming sizing before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best fit
Ring sizing (recommended method)
Measure a ring that already fits
This is the most accurate method.
Step-by-step
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you’re buying for.
- Measure the inside diameter across the widest point (in mm).
- Match your measurement to your AU/UK ring size chart.
- If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
Tip: If the ring you’re measuring is slightly oval, measure the widest point.

Paper strip method
If you don’t have a ring to measure:
Step-by-step
- Wrap a thin strip of paper (or non-stretch string) around the finger.
- Mark where the strip overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in mm (this is your circumference).
- Match the measurement to an AU/UK ring size chart.
Important: Don’t pull it tight. Rings should feel secure but not restrictive.
Fit tips
- Wide bands feel tighter than thin bands. If you’re choosing a wider ring, consider sizing up slightly.
- Measure your finger at the end of the day (fingers swell with heat and activity).
- Avoid measuring when your hands are very cold (fingers shrink).
- Your dominant hand is often slightly larger.
- If the ring is a gift and you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find my ring size at home?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits (mm), then match it to an AU/UK ring size chart. If between sizes, choose the larger size.
H3: Should I size up for wider rings?
Yes. Wider bands often feel tighter, so sizing up slightly can improve comfort.
Can you resize rings?
Because pieces are one-of-a-kind and hand-finished, resizing is not possible. Contact us with the product link and your size to confirm before purchasing.
