Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Foundry Collection (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Shipping destinations
We ship from Australia and offer:
- Australia-wide shipping
- International shipping (selected countries)
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll confirm whether we can ship to your location.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, launches, or exhibitions, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will contact you.
Important: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping options and rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
We may offer:
- Standard shipping
- Express shipping (where available)
All orders are sent with tracking where the carrier provides it.
Estimated delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing.
Australia
- Standard: typically 2–8 business days
- Express: typically 1–4 business days
International
- Standard International: typically 7–21 business days
- Express International: typically 4–10 business days
Remote areas may take longer.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not update daily.
Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or clearance charges. These fees are set by your country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
You are responsible for any customs or import charges required to deliver your order. We are not able to refund shipping costs if a parcel is delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may be able to resend it. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Lost, delayed or missing parcels
Carrier delays can occur, especially during peak periods. If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will assist with an enquiry.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you on the next steps in line with the carrier’s investigation outcome.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
We will assess the claim and provide the appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes or cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or request an urgent change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
